Uncle Morton leaves for his vacation, entrusting his pet dragon with his nephew Eddie. But, he forgets to provide him instructions and it seems like the dragon is not trained at all! Eddie quickly realizes that taking care of a dragon is not as easy as it seems. The dragon is naughty and it causes a state of commotion like setting fire to the curtains, eating Eddie's homework, a hole in the refrigerator, etc.

The story is told in the form of letters from Eddie to Uncle Morton, where, Eddie explains the mishaps caused by the dragon, and Uncle Morton describes one delay after another. Does Eddie succeed in managing the dragon despite the challenges? Read and see..

This is a very short and easy book to read for even beginning readers. The entire story is told via letters sent back and forth, and this has worked well. This book can also be used as a read-aloud for little dragon lovers. The illustrations are splendid and coordinate well with the hilarious story.
