Both Sydney and Simon are twin mice who want to enter the flower show competition, however, their flowers are wilting in the heat. They have kept their flowers outside their window and the window is jammed, so, they are not able to water it!!! What are they going to do for the flower show competition? Fortunately, they use the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) philosophy of learning to solve their problems.

Sydney and Simon are always very curious and creative. They regularly ask questions, do experiments, and record their findings. Their mother is a scientist and their father is a poet. They have a family motto too - "When the going gets tough, the creative get going."

This simple chapter book would be suitable for upper-level elementary kids. Colorful and bright illustrations accompany and support the story well.
