Spencer is a little boy who gets an animal (dog) balloon - he loves it so much! The boy goes with his "pet" to the park for a walk. They play together, but there are other dogs in the park in which some are not so friendly. Some are flying kites and little dogs are flying away with it (to be found again later). Later, they go to a party.

Oh! At the party, a game of pin-the-tail is on! But, with an animal balloon around and a pin nearby, there could certainly be some trouble! And you all can guess what would have happened! Can Spencer protect his "pet" balloon?
