From My Head to My Toes I Say What Goes
Body autonomy, boundaries, and consent - very important topics handled so well in a simple picture book.

This book gives kids the message that it is okay to say yes or no to the same things, but maybe at different times; it may be a hug or kiss or a pillow fight. The kids should understand that their body is not under anybody else' control, but their own. We should also respect others' personal space, choices, and boundaries. If someone says no to us, we should be okay and let them be, because everyone has the right to make their own choices.
📚 A big concept described effortlessly using fun rhymes, age-appropriate language, and bright and colorful illustrations.
📚 I love how this book is culturally diverse.
📚 This book would be very useful from the toddler stage onwards (if the child is interested too), otherwise, I would say this fits the elementary-aged kids best.
