One day, Frank's owners bring home a box which gets Frank excited! There comes a new puppy, who loves to invade Frank's privacy. Oh! Frank is put inside a cage after he swats at the puppy. How sad! Frank is so shocked! He decides to run away from this home, to teach his owners a lesson. He leaves a farewell note and walks away. However, after he left that house, he didn't get a warm place to nap or whiskies to eat and people shooed him off their doorsteps. Unfortunately for Frank, it started raining! Frank realizes what he has lost and returns to his owners, thinking that he will make up his mind to live with the new puppy. Frank understands that grass might seem greener on the other side but life isn't that smooth there.

This fun and small chapter book would be a reading delight to beginning/early readers. This book also will be a treat for pet lovers.

I would certainly love it if this book could be continued as a series. It is a very sweet, cute, and fun book about how pets might feel when a new pet arrives in the house.
