This is a story of a girl and her grandmother, living on an island, collecting food from the nature surrounding them. They collect salmon from the stream, herring eggs from the ocean, and berries (so many different ones!) from the forest. Their hearts rejoice in happiness and gratitude for nature's valuable gifts.
